The Process
The process of having John Construction build your square post frame building begins with you picking the size and style of building you want. You can pick the colors and we have many options you can upgrade to such as doors, window frame-outs, cupolas, gables, porches, overhangs, skylights, sidelights, insulation, ventilation and more.

We choose only the best materials. We deliver the materials to your property. The land needs to be at least 2" level across for us to be able to build. We use CCA treated posts on 8" centers for the sidewalls. Next are the #2 grade lumber 2"x6" wallboards on 24" spacings. Your sidewall posts are supported by v-bracing. We use neoprene washer screws. The 26 and 29 gauge metal comes with a baked enamel coating. You have a 40 yr warranty on the metal engineered building and engineered trusses.
